BIM stands for "Building Information Modeling". It is a digital platform that links drawings with technical solutions and product selection and provides correct information about what is where.
BIM is becoming increasingly important and widespread. The idea that BIM creates an overall improved product is an additional positive effect. Direct time savings and cost reductions have outweighed initial productivity problems.
At present, all manufacturers of prefabricated houses and producers for in-situ cast concrete use their own identification system and their own processing. The production of prefabricated houses usually uses production files that contain technical documentation and numbered stickers that contain the production folder number, the CE mark and the KOMO logo. The stickers are glued to the concrete during pouring or after the in-situ formwork has been removed.
FPR = Factory Production Resources, is a BIM plug-in that monitors, checks and logs and records data from concrete parts during production, construction and the life cycle.
A universal adapter is cast in concrete. The adapter can be closed with a cap that contains an NFC chip. The NFC chip is connected to the myConcrefy portal. The chip can be scanned with an NFC-compatible mobile phone.
The NFC tag is preprogrammed and blocked with a URL. The URL is directed to a myConcrefy page that contains data.
In a proof of concept, basic concrete data will be available in myConcrefy. The customer scans the FPR tag and is directed to the correct data of the corresponding concrete element.
